Pathology

Pathology primarily deals with the cause, origin and nature of the disease. In order to study and diagnose the disease, a Pathology lab examines the tissues, organs, bodily fluids and autopsies. Clinical Pathology concerns the analysis of blood, urine and tissue samples to examine and diagnose disease. Clinical pathology laboratories may provide information on blood count, blood clotting and electrolyte results.
