Registration Information: If you register to take the COVID-19 Home Test, we ask you for your full name, e-mail address, physical address, phone number, age, date of birth, gender, and COVID-19 vaccination status.

Test Kit Information: While you have taking test we have collect some additional information from you.
Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our Customer Support Team, we may receive your name, e-mail address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you choose to receive a result report via e-mail, an e-mail containing your name, date and time of test, result, and information about your result will be e-mailed to you. If you respond to one of our surveys, we may receive information about you relating to the subject matter of the survey. If you subscribe to our newsletter or e-mail marketing communications, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your e-mail address. When we send you e-mails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
Camera Permission: Covihome uses camera permission for scan and take pictures. When you click accept it will enable your camera permission and you will scan your barcode in the covid kit's box it will verify the kit's information and send to server. Also, camera permission is used to take pictures of covid kit product and send to server to verify your covid status positive or negative. If you don’t want this permission click to deny closing popup/stay current page without any hesitation.
File Write Permission: Covihome uses write permission to store files in your app downloads directory. When you click accept it will enable file write permission and connect to server to fetch your covid status certificate file and download it into your download’s directory. You can view/verify your file anytime to enable this permission. If you don’t want this permission click to deny closing popup/stay current page without any hesitation.
File Read Permission: Covihome uses read permission to view files in your file manager. When you click accept it will enable file read permission and open gallery to select covid kit image and upload to server. We have validated the gallery files it only took images other files will not be shown/accepted to upload. If you don’t want this permission click to deny to close popup/stay current page without any hesitation.
COVIHOME / TRIVITRON will use the personal information you provide through COVIHOME / TRIVITRON Website / apps to respond to your questions and to provide you with efficient customer service. After you have entered personal information into a form or data field on a COVIHOME / TRIVITRON Website / app, COVIHOME / TRIVITRON may use certain identifying technologies to allow that Website / app to "remember" your personal preferences, such as sections of that Website / app that you visit frequently and, if you choose, your user ID. We may also use this personal information to offer you the opportunity to receive notifications regarding COVIHOME / TRIVITRON or its affiliates products or services or to invite you to participate in surveys about our products
Permission Information: If you enable permissions, we will not store the permission information in our server. You will disable/remove permission in your device settings. While you remove app required permission some of our service will not be accessible but you will access other process without any interruption
Marketing Communications: If you subscribe to our promotional e-mails, you can unsubscribe via the link provided in the e-mails. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.
Do Not Track: There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
