Executive Director
Mr. Partha Sarathi De started his association with Trivitron from 1st Dec 2014 as Group CFO and has been elevated as the Executive Director with effect from 1st October 2015. He is now the Board Member of Trivitron Health Care Ltd and other JV and subsidiary companies of Trivitron.
He is a graduate in Science with honors in Economics from Presidency College, Kolkata. Apart from being an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India and The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, he has also completed certificate programs in Project Management and Strategy Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata and Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad respectively.
Having completed his Article Ship from Price Waterhouse, Kolkata, Partha Sarathi De has more than 28 years of solid industry experience in which he headed the big industrial houses as CFO/Group CFO for the last 16 years. His milestone assignments include Chief Financial Officer and Head- Information Technology & BPR with Panacea Biotec Ltd in New Delhi, President Glass Group with Piramal Glass Ltd in Mumbai, President - Finance with Hero Cycle Ltd at Ludhiana, Chief Financial Officer with Bombay Dyeing & Mfg Co Ltd in Mumbai, AVP-Commercial with Indo Rama Synthetics (I) Ltd in Nagpur and Financial Controller with Arvind Mills Ltd in Ahmedabad.
Mr. Partha Sarathi De has a sound knowledge of Finance, Accounts, Controllership, SCM, Taxation, Commercial, Information Technology/SAP, Business Process Re-Engineering, Management Accounting, Strategy Management, M&A, Treasury and Banking related activities.
Executive Director & Group Chief Executive Officer
Chandra Ganjoo, is the Executive Director & Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) of the leading global healthcare organization, Trivitron Healthcare. She has been a pillar of strength to Trivitron handling several roles starting from Sales, Marketing, Branding & Corporate Communication, Cost Controller, Human Resources Management, & many more, right from 1999. She has grown in stature, especially over the last 5 years, when Trivitron transformed from being a predominantly trading & distribution company to a global R&D and Manufacturing MNC by displaying extraordinary compassionate people management skills, hard work, and compliance to processes and commitment.
Chandra has significant exposure to a wide range of expertise including handling international joint ventures, brand & marketing, change management, and strategic development initiatives. She has been supporting Trivitron with various initiatives to achieve the corporate vision and create an edge over the competition in the Medical technology industry. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Management & International Marketing from the Ukrainian Finnish Institute of Management.
SShe played a key role in setting up a team of robust and highly qualified professionals across the company and supported Marketing, Engineering, Commercial, and Manufacturing operations in Trivitron Group of Companies. Before joining Trivitron, Chandra had worked with Group 4 Securitas before shifting her domain to Healthcare Industry.
Her journey at Trivitron for the past 23 years has been extremely exciting and satisfying due to the relentless contributions, passion, and commitment towards Trivitron and healthcare sector, despite several hurdles and challenges.

Ravish Mittal is a man with multiple thinking hats and a global leader. In his role as Executive Director & Group CFO, he is at the helm of the company’s finances, organizational growth and expansion plans. He facilitates the Trivitron Group in accomplishing its vision to be the largest, most respected and admired Medical Technology Company of Indian origin with a global presence promoting cost effective medical technology products and services.
Mr. Mittal has more than 24 years of rich experience in financial management panning across Multinational Corporations and promoter driven organizations. In his last assignment, he was the Group Chief Financial Officer at SKH group and was entrusted with the responsibilities of driving strategic finance, planning, restructuring, acquisitions & disinvestments.
He has previously worked with Continental AG, Dura-line India, Ericsson Telecommunications, Delphi automotive systems and A.F Ferguson & Co. at various leadership roles. Mr. Mittal is a certified corporate director, fellow Member of Institute of directors, India & London and a 1995 batch Chartered Accountant.
Group COO
He is the man behind the organization’s key business activities like strategy development & deployment and several new business development initiatives. He is responsible for expanding Trivitron’s realm in the Middle East and African markets.
With a rich industry experience close to three decades (27 years), he rendered customer support service and strategic business support to several leading multinational as well as Indian medical technology companies. His iconic achievements include: heading the 200cr international Healthcare project under Dutch aid as the project manager and the successful management of 120cr customer support business with P&L responsibility with a team of 120 professionals and 25 channel partners across South Asian markets including Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Talent pool creation, building team, training and development and delivering high quality services at affordable cost for the customer delight completes a day for him at the office.
Group Chief Operating Officer
The formation of Strategic Alliances, Regulatory Affairs and Intellectual Property functions within the Trivitron Group became his responsibility after becoming a part of the leadership team in March 2015. Satyaki also takes care of the global commercial operations of Kiran Medical Systems in addition to managing the North America, APAC, Russia and Eastern European business of Labsystems Diagnostics Oy.
With a degree in Science with post graduate professional qualifications in information technology, business management, drug design and patents, Satyaki has 19 years of astounding experience in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Industry with extensive experience of managing operations, strategic alliances and research and development collaborations in North America, European Union and Emerging Markets. He served as the Vice President of International Business Development at Panacea Biotec before joining the Trivitron family.
CEO - Labsystems Diagnostics OY (A Trivitron Enterprise)
The year was 2014 when Geraldine joined Labsystems Diagnostics Oy as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Her long long-standing expertise in Clinical Diagnostics and a comprehensive view of the IVD business allows her to lead the Global R&D initiative for the IVD branch of the Trivitron Healthcare group.
With a Ph.D., in Biochemistry from Pasteur Institute and University Denis Diderot in Paris, she did her post-doc in 'Biochemistry of Human Aging' before moving to the Pharma industry as a Senior Scientist in Aventis Pharma to work on Postgenomic High Throughput Assay Development Platform.
Later, she was appointed as Head of Research and Development at Ani Labsystems, where she aided in the enlargement of the company’s product portfolio and supported various development functions. She also worked as the Business Development Director at Cerba European Lab, CSS division, where she catalyzed an extraordinary business growth in 2 years.
COO - Labsystems Diagnostics OY (A Trivitron Enterprise)
Sameer D. Saral serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Trivitron group. He is handling the group operations, manufacturing activities of the diagnostics products of Trivitron along with the regulatory affairs and the Ophthalmology division's business.
With an M.Sc (Tech) in Instrumentation from BITS, Pilani, Sameer D. Saral is a well-known personality in the Indian Medical Technology Space, credits to his 28 years of industry experience. He anchored the activities related to diagnostics products throughout the country in various domains like sales, marketing and technical service. Before the establishment of Trivitron, he served as the Head of Technical Support Division of Ciba Corning Diagnostics/Chiron Diagnostics (South Asia region).
Sr. Vice President - Referral Diagnostics
Since 2000, Nitin Jayram Sawant has been a part of the Trivitron family. He started as the National Technical Manager handling the responsibilities of application and service support for the diagnostics department. With his vast experience in various segments of diagnostics and an excellent command over the management operations related to the department, he is currently heading the Referral Diagnostics as the Senior Vice President.
As a research postgraduate in the field of Biochemistry, Nitin Jayram Sawant has a decade of experience in Clinical research laboratory. Before joining the Trivitron Healthcare group, he was associated with Chiron Diagnostics, USA for Nucleic Acid Diagnostics and also played a key role in Bayer Diagnostics.
Director
Ganesan is a Founding Partner with more than 33 years of experience in the Assurance and Advisory practice. He is one of the senior partners of R. Subramanian and Company, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Chennai. He was actively involved in numerous Industry-oriented initiatives of various regulatory bodies such as Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, IRDA. His broad vision, pioneering efforts and dynamic approach have won several accolades to the Firm thus enabling it to become one of the top 10 firms in Chennai.
Ganesan has diversified experience in Assurance and Risk Advisory services. During his tenure with R. Subramanian and Company, he was associated with groups such as Apollo Hospitals, Seshasayee Paper Boards, Nelcast Ltd, Lister Technologies Private Ltd, Sterling Holidays and Resorts Ltd, CMC Ltd (a Tata enterprise), Scope e knowledge Ltd, Hydro S&S Industries, Reed Relays and Electronics to name a few, thus gaining knowledge and experience in diverse industry practices. He has also handled audits of large Public sector Banks/ Undertakings such as State Bank of India (SBI), Bank of India, Indian Bank, Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC), Cochin Refineries, Madras Fertilizers, Life Insurance Corporation (LIC), United India Insurance to name a few. He also has rich experience in Transaction Advisory Services having handled several Due Diligence assignments and handled several M&A deals in India and outside India.
Ganesan has vast experience in domestic and international taxation. He was actively involved in the acquisition and Fund raising activities of Trivitron Healthcare Private Ltd, Medfort Hospitals Private Ltd and Metropolis Healthcare Ltd. He is presently on the Board of Trivitron Healthcare Private Ltd and Medfort Hospitals Private Ltd. He was also a Director on the Board of Metropolis Healthcare Ltd., which he relinquished recently.Ganesan is a Chemistry graduate from Madras University and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Nominee Director
Divya Sehgal is the Nominee Director, representing India Value Fund Advisors (IVFA), the Private Equity Firm. Divya joined IVFA in 2010. He is based in Mumbai and works closely with various IVFA companies including Meru Cabs (radio taxis) and IFAPL/ FFSL (microfinance).
Divya holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Delhi, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Bengaluru. Prior to joining IVFA, he was the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Apollo Health Street (AHS), a leading healthcare outsourcing firm and one among the top five in its space globally. Before that, he worked as a consultant with McKinsey, with the corporate finance team at ANZ and as an entrepreneur at Emedlife, one of the first corporate healthcare advisory firms in India that eventually merged with the Apollo group.

Raj is the Managing Partner, Asia at Eight Roads Ventures. Raj has over fifteen years of leadership experience in the Indian private equity industry, with experience of investing across multiple stages and industries.
During his private equity career, Raj has also worked in The Carlyle Group and was earlier the cofounder and Managing Director of WestBridge Capital Partners.
Raj started his career as a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton where he worked both in USA and India. He subsequently worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for India coverage and served on the board of Goldman’s then JV partner Kotak Mahindra Capital.
Raj holds an AB degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Dr. Weisskoff is the Nominee Director on the Board of Trivitron, representing FIL Capital, a Private Equity Firm.
Dr. Weisskoff has worked extensively in both academia and the bioscience industry for more than twenty-five years. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2004, he held various senior roles in R&D and Business Development at both pharmaceutical and medical device companies. In his academic career, Dr. Weisskoff was Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School, on the faculty of the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences Technology (HST) Program, and performed research at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was Associate Director of the MGH-NMR Center. There he worked at the intersection of basic research, medical technology development, and clinical research in a variety of areas. Robert is the author of over 100 peer-reviewed scientific papers, and an inventor on 6 US patents.
Dr. Weisskoff holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He received his A.B. degree in Physics from Harvard University.
Dr. Weisskoff has served on the boards of Accuri Cytometers (Acquired by BD), Amphora Medical, Bioconnect Systems, Laurus Labs, Tetraphase (NASDAQ:TTPH), Topaz (Acquired by Sanofi Pasteur), Transave (NASDAQ:INSM), ViewRay, and FORUM Pharmaceuticals.

Siddharth Dhondiyal is the Nominee Director, representing India Value Fund Advisors (IVFA) (“India Value Fund Advisors” is now “True North Managers LLP”), the Private Equity Firm.
Siddharth Dhondiyal, a Director in the Truenorth investment team, joined Truenorth in 2006 and is involved with investments in healthcare, consumer and technology sectors. Based in Bengaluru, he contributed to improving Truenorth’s internal processes and developing the “The Truenorth Way” – the Firm's approach to building admired businesses.
Over the last 10 years Siddharth has focused on tracking the evolution and growth of the Indian healthcare sector and has been actively involved in IVFA’s investments in the healthcare sector including Aster DM Healthcare, Manipal Hospitals, Trivitron Healthcare and Cloudnine Hospitals.
A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur, Siddharth also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Kolkata and did his Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD, France. He had a six-year stint with Accenture in its strategy consulting practice, where he worked with companies in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, industrial products and telecom industries.

Prem Pavoor is a Partner at Eight Roads Ventures, the proprietary investment arm of Fidelity International, and leads investments in India in life sciences, healthcare and healthcare information technology.
Prem was previously based in the United States with McKinsey & Company’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Products Practice where he advised pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare and private equity firms on areas including R&D, business development, manufacturing optimisation and post-merger integrations.
His doctoral thesis work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard Medical School focused on implantable medical devices and novel nano-coatings. Prem is the lead author of several scientific publications, the named inventor on two US patents, and was awarded the 2004 MIT-OMNOVA Award for Excellence in Polymer Research and Technology.
Prem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology (formerly UDCT), Mumbai, a MS and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering Practice from MIT and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Rajagopalan joined True North in 2008 and is based in Mumbai. He is responsible for the smooth functioning of the finance and treasury function across portfolio companies. He also guides the Fund Management team in structuring investments and exits in a way that is tax efficient and compliant with applicable regulations.
Rajagopalan is a Bachelor of Commerce and a qualified Chartered Accountant with nearly 18 years of operational experience in accounting, finance and treasury management, having worked with Monsanto and ITC Ltd in India. His achievementsinclude ideation and implementation of tax optimized cash utilization structures, the consolidation of legal entity structures, critical support in implementing a business acquisition and sale of three non-core business lines

Praneet joined True North in Oct 2017 and is based in the Mumbai office, where he works closely to build and manage True North portfolio companies in the healthcare space. With over 26 years of experience in the emerging markets, Praneet brings expertise in general management, leadership development, marketing, investing and consulting, with a specific focus on the healthcare and consumer industries. He has worked in diverse markets globally - in India, Southeast Asia, Latin America and the US. Prior to joining True North, he was with Siguler Guff and Company, building and managing their portfolio of private equity investments in India and Southeast Asia. Before that, he spent five years as the CEO of Piramal Healthcare's India pharmaceutical business, growing it more than three-fold during that period. He has also done long stints as a consultant with McKinsey and Company, focusing on operations and marketing strategy, and as a brand manager with Procter & Gamble. He holds an MBA degree from IIM Calcutta and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Satyaki leads the International Business and Strategic Alliances of the Trivitron Group with direct operations in USA, Europe, Middle East, and Africa and distributor-driven presence across APAC, CIS, and LATAM region. He also spearheads New Innovation Initiatives in the field of Advanced Medical Imaging and Onco Radiology. With a degree in Science and post graduate professional qualifications in information technology, business management, drug design, and patents; Satyaki has been associated with the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Industry since 1997 with extensive experience of managing P&L, business operations, strategic alliances, research, and development. He served as the Vice President of International Business at Panacea Biotec before joining the Trivitron Group in 2015.
