What would you see in a conventional X-ray picture? The answer is bones, and X-ray imaging is an excellent system to visualize bones.
However, chest X-rays are the most often conducted X-ray examinations. This examination is usually prescribed to diagnose the lungs and heart, as well as the ribs and chest bones, for fractures or other issues.
X-ray imaging utilizes electromagnetic ionizing radiation to produce pictures of the lungs, heart, chest, and spine bones.
